We are looking for a Provider Relations Manager for an international payment integrator. Fully remote work, fixed salary + KPI bonuses. The project is launched and successfully operating.

Building and developing a stable network of payment providers to ensure smooth payment processing and future scaling. Sourcing providers, evaluating their quality, and negotiating cooperation terms. Launching integrations with developers, overseeing the launch, and ongoing collaboration. Monitoring the quality of payment processing. Continuously optimizing payment routes. Results: a connected and managed network of partners, consistently high transaction success rates, and a scalable redirection model.

Experience in payment and processing services. Understanding of how payment aggregators and providers work. Strong negotiation skills, ability to secure favorable cooperation terms. Ability to drive tasks to completion and manage processes. Excellent understanding of the provider markets in Russia and CIS. Existing network of contacts, platforms, merchants, and aggregators.

Fixed monthly salary (amount to be discussed) + KPI bonuses. KPIs are tied to: onboarding desired aggregators and providers, quality (success rate, stability), and payment processing volumes. Fully remote work. The project is already launched and successfully operating; further development is required.
