A major bank is looking for a Systems Performance Manager. Salary: 200-350 thousand rubles net. Location: remote, possibly outside of Russia. Responsibilities include developing performance testing processes, script development, and managing a testing team.

Development and planning of the performance testing process on the project; Development and updating of scripts and stubs; Refinement of automation tools: reports, launches; Updating the performance testing environment. Conducting tests, analyzing results, identifying bottlenecks Application profiling Managing the testing team, planning tasks, and system tests. Will have 2 engineers reporting to them.

At least 3 years of experience in performance testing, with at least 1 year in a performance testing manager/team lead role Mandatory practical experience testing with LoadRunner / Performance Center At least 1 year of management experience with 1 or more people Understanding of key performance testing principles, ability to independently define an overall approach to performance testing. Expertise in tools for diagnosing performance issues in various components of business systems (network, hardware, operating systems, databases, application servers, Java performance, .NET) Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, ability to tune and optimize databases. Good technical skills in administration / development of applications and servers (Unix, Windows)

Salary: 200-350 thousand rubles net (depending on experience) Location: remote, possibly outside of Russia (friendly and neutral countries) Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation with a full "white" history.
