Medical Representative (Cardiology and Neurology)

Medical representative position in Smolensk for a pharmaceutical company, focusing on sales, doctor interactions, and presentations.

Responsibilities: - Control and execution of quantitative sales targets for company products - Interaction with doctors - Organization and conduct of presentations, seminars, conferences - Participation in exhibitions and marketing campaigns - Work planning and reporting (CRM) - Monitoring product sales through company analytical systems - Possible business trips

Education: higher medical or pharmaceutical education. Secondary medical/pharmaceutical education allowed with 3+ years of experience in a similar position. Experience: 3+ years as a medical representative or key client specialist. Skills: - Ability to build trusting, long-term and short-term partnerships with clients - Active listening, conversation management, handling doubts and objections - Comfortable interacting with various types of interlocutors - Ability to plan work considering territory and tasks within company standards - PC skills (Excel, Word, email, CRM systems) - Valid category B driver's license and driving experience
