Junior Media Buyer position for Telegram Ads in iGaming/Gambling, based in Belgrade (hybrid remote/office). Involves launching and managing campaigns, testing audiences, analyzing performance metrics, with mentorship and growth to independent Media Buyer.

Launching and managing Telegram Ads with experienced Media Buyers. Working with real ad campaigns and budgets. Testing audiences, creatives, and advertising hypotheses. Analyzing key metrics and finding growth points. Immersion in Gambling/iGaming and performance marketing. Gradual increase in responsibility: from supervised tasks to independent campaign management.

Basic understanding of Telegram Ads: ad account, campaign launch and setup. Interest in Media Buying specifically, not just digital marketing overall. Desire to grow in iGaming/Gambling and willingness to quickly learn a new vertical. Ability to work with numbers, attention to detail, and willingness to understand reasons behind results. Ready to ask questions, accept feedback, and apply knowledge independently. Located in Belgrade or ready to relocate.
