Vision Group is looking for a remote Media Bayer to join their IT team. The role involves driving user acquisition for a VPN service, with a target of 100K paid users by the end of summer. Salary is negotiable, starting from 200,000 ₽.

We are a young IT team, one of our products is a VPN service. Currently, we have 10K paid users, the goal is 100K by the end of summer. Responsibilities: - Drive traffic through one or more sources: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Shorts, Reels, blogs, channels; - Develop the affiliate program; - Monitor and manage economics: CPR, LTV, CAC; - Be responsible for results, not processes.

Candidate requirements: - Experience with VPN products with over 10K paid users; - Deep understanding of growth mechanics in the VPN niche; - Proven experience in one or more channels: influencer marketing / untargeted advertising / targeted advertising, etc.; - Ability to scale: it is important to be able to drive large volumes.
