Marketplace Manager (Ozon / Yandex.Market)

A-A Mebel, a furniture manufacturer with 30+ years of experience, is looking for 2 marketplace managers (one for Ozon, one for Yandex.Market) to run and grow their cabinets remotely.

A-A Mebel is a direct manufacturer of cabinet furniture with its own production and a range of products, established over 30 years. We are looking for 2 marketplace managers for our product team: one to manage the Ozon cabinet and one for the Yandex.Market cabinet. We need an independent manager who runs the cabinet not formally, but understands how their actions affect sales, conversion, advertising, stock, logistics, and business results. Responsibilities: - Full management and development of the assigned Ozon or Yandex.Market cabinet - Creation, editing, and updating product cards: characteristics, descriptions, photos, infographics, SEO - Control of new assortment placement: card correctness, matching in 1C, prices, stock, product availability - Monitoring prices, promotions, platform discounts, and competitive situation - Working with advertising tools: launching and adjusting campaigns, controlling DRR, cost per order, and ad effectiveness - Weekly reporting: week results, reasons for changes, decoding fines, price changes, and a plan of specific actions for the next week - Participation in online calls 2-3 times a week

Experience with Ozon or Yandex.Market from 1 year Ability to independently run a cabinet, analyze metrics, and find reasons for their changes Experience with product cards, SEO, advertising, prices, promotions, stock, and marketplace analytics Attention to detail and responsibility for the accuracy of information in orders and personal cabinet Readiness to be in touch during working hours and promptly respond to work issues Readiness to manage one project without combining with other cabinets and clients Will be an advantage: - Experience with DBS model - Experience integrating marketplaces with 1C - Experience with furniture, oversized goods, or complex logistics

Remote work Contract for paid services with self-employed or individual entrepreneur Probation period - 1 month Compensation during probation - 40,000 RUB fixed After successful probation - discuss KPI system and further income tied to the results of the assigned cabinet Work directly with the manufacturer: own assortment, participation in product development, and ability to influence results Prospect of growth in authority, responsibility, and income based on results
