Marketplace Manager

SILVERME, a handmade silver jewelry brand in Kostroma with 25 years of history, seeks a Marketplace Manager to fully manage and grow sales on Wildberries and OZON. Salary 70,000–120,000 RUB/month, fully remote.

SILVERME has been handcrafting silver jewelry in Kostroma for 25 years and is now among the top brands in its category on Wildberries and OZON. The base is already there: brand recognition, loyal customers, steady order flow. We need a person to take this machine under full control and squeeze more out of it. Responsibilities: - Manage product cards: update descriptions, keep prices and stock current, work with infographics and SEO for marketplace algorithms. - Launch and control ad campaigns within WB and OZON, optimize budget for real results. - Monitor reviews and ratings: respond promptly, handle negativity, prevent card ranking drops. - Analyze sales by SKU: what's growing, what's declining, and propose actions. - Monitor competitors in the category: prices, promotions, new products.

- Experience with marketplaces from one year is a must. - More important than experience is an analytical mindset and the ability to see the cause behind the numbers, not just record a sales drop. - Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets is required.

- Fully remote. - Pay from 70,000 to 120,000 rubles per month, depending on experience and results. Discussed at the interview. - You will work not with a paper project but with a brand that already has history, audience, and sales - there is something to build on and develop further.
