Marketer at MAKEUP KITCHEN. Remote work. Development and implementation of marketing hypotheses, CRM marketing, working with partners, basic SEO. Requires the ability to write texts, understand marketing funnels and metrics.

MAKEUP KITCHEN is a project at the intersection of beauty, emotions, and creativity. We create an aesthetic leisure format where guests can make cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare products with their own hands. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Development and implementation of marketing hypotheses aimed at increasing conversion and sales, creation, launch, and testing of funnels. • Work with marketing strategy: planning activities, budgeting, analyzing results. • CRM marketing: database segmentation, communication strategy, text preparation, and launch of mailings. • Cross-promotion and partner projects with brands: finding partners, communication, launching special projects. • Basic work with the Tilda website: making edits, assigning tasks, conducting A/B tests, basic SEO. • Search for new promotion channels. • Creation of simple creatives (visuals and texts), assigning tasks to designers and other contractors. • Analysis of marketing metrics and report preparation.
