SECRO is looking for a Marketplace Marketing Specialist to drive sales growth on Ozon, Wildberries, and Yandex Market. Remote position with a salary of 90,000 – 150,000 RUB.

SECRO is a brand/store of original wristwatches. We sell on Ozon, Wildberries, and Yandex Market, growing like a startup: we quickly test hypotheses, calculate unit economics, and build sales for profit, not just turnover. We are looking for a marketer who will build systematic sales growth on marketplaces: advertising + content + SEO + analytics.

• Mandatory experience as a marketer for 2+ years with marketplaces (Ozon/WB/YM). • Ability to work with advertising: CPC/bids/budgets, understanding metrics (CTR, CPO, DRR/ACOS, CR). • Strong analytics: ability to find reasons for drops (traffic/card/price/logistics) and quickly test hypotheses. • Understanding of marketplace SEO: queries, relevance, attributes, impact of content on search results. • Systemic approach: ability to build a process and maintain it (plan → action → result).

• Format: remote. • Schedule: 5/2, flexible (the main thing is results and deadlines). • Payment: 90,000 – 150,000 RUB (depending on experience and skills) + possible % of sales. • Probationary period: 1 month (clear goals and measurable indicators).
