Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketer for B2B, SaaS, Medicine Projects
Remote marketing specialist for an agency managing B2B, SaaS, and medical projects. Focus on leads, ROI, and clear metrics. Requires experience with Yandex.Direct, VK Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Priority for candidates in Kazakhstan or Armenia.
We are looking for a self-sufficient marketer for an agency that acts as an external marketing department for clients. For us, marketing is not about clicks for the sake of clicks, but about leads, return on investment, and understandable figures. What needs to be done: - Manage 2-4 client projects; - Launch and optimize Yandex.Direct and VK Ads - this is the basic part of the role; - Work with foreign traffic: launch and manage campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads; - Participate in assembling and refining Tilda landing pages for conversion; - Connect advertising, analytics, and sales into a single system; - Calculate key metrics: CPL, CAC, ROI / ROMI, conversions; - Prepare short weekly reports on projects.
What is important to us: - You live in Kazakhstan or Armenia, or the market and time zone are convenient for you; - You have strong practical experience with Yandex.Direct and VK Ads; - You have work experience launching ads in Google Ads and Meta Ads; - You know how to work with B2B, expert services, or long sales cycles; - You don't wait for step-by-step instructions, but offer solutions; - You know how to look at marketing through numbers, not through "launched and waiting". Will be a plus: - Experience with Tilda / Zero Block; - Experience with end-to-end analytics, CRM, UTM, GA4; - Experience in B2B, SaaS, medicine, logistics niches.
Fully remote work; No micromanagement; White salary: $800-1000 per month; Final level is discussed based on actual competencies and experience; Growth format within the role and additional conditions are discussed individually; Direct prospect of transitioning to the agency's international projects: USA / Europe.
