Marketing Specialist for Cosmetology Project

Part-time, remote-friendly marketing role for a cosmetology clinic in Moscow. Analyze, plan, and execute patient acquisition campaigns with a limited budget.

We are developing an existing cosmetology project: a founder doctor with 17 years of experience, a regular patient base, hardware and injection cosmetology, and thread techniques. We have expanded to two offices and plan to attract new doctors. Our goal is to develop the clinic with a team of specialists and build regular patient acquisition. What you will do: • Analyze past advertising, offers, and the patient journey from first contact to appointment. • Choose priority services and acquisition channels considering the budget. • Organize and launch advertising tests, adjust them based on results. • Set up tracking of inquiries, bookings, completed visits, and patient acquisition cost. • Improve inquiry handling together with us. • Set tasks for a filming and editing specialist so content supports promotion. • Help build promotion of new doctors within the project.

• Experience in attracting patients to cosmetology or other paid medical fields. • Cases with concrete results and a clear description of your role. • Ability to work with a limited budget and prioritize actions. • Independence in implementation, adherence to agreements, and clear reporting. • Knowledge of advertising requirements for medical services. Key performance indicators: new inquiries, bookings, completed visits, and economic efficiency of acquisition.

Project-based cooperation, part-time, can be remote. We start with a paid month with agreed tasks: analysis, plan, and first advertising tests. We count on long-term cooperation. Cost is discussed depending on the scope of work. Advertising budget and additional expenses are agreed separately before launch.
