1OOPLUS is a closed community of people with a 100+ year life horizon. It unites entrepreneurs, top managers, scientists, and experts in longevity and wellbeing, researching best practices in longevity and health care. Responsibilities: Partnerships and projects: • Develop partnerships and collaboration formats: sponsorship projects, events, special projects, content products. • Find new partners and develop relationships with existing ones: brief, negotiate, maintain document flow and database. • Package ideas into proposals and presentations. • Manage projects from idea to result: team, contractors, deadlines, budgets, documents. • Develop a loyalty program for community members: special offers with partners, mechanics, and feedback. Marketing and communications: • Coordinate the community activity calendar: events, special projects, and communications. • Participate in producing events: find venues, speakers, partners. • Coordinate the community's digital infrastructure: website, social media, bot, email newsletter, and related services; maintain document flow. • Assign tasks to designers, copywriters, developers, and other contractors and control results.

Experience 3+ years as a manager who can develop partnerships and manage projects end-to-end, comfortable in a startup and small team, capable of operations, with experience in partner and premium marketing, marketing, or community development. Important: • Ability to independently drive projects from idea to result and handle operations. • Organized, able to keep many tasks in focus. • Understanding of a premium audience. • Ability to package ideas clearly and attractively in text and presentations. • Ability to edit text, provide design feedback, or find the right contractor. • Active use of AI tools to optimize processes.
