Remote marketing lead for an online/offline school, scaling revenue from 7M to 15M RUB. Salary from 70,000 RUB/month.

Online and offline school of Evgeny Kulyaev works with parents of schoolchildren and develops products on memory, attention, mnemonics, and imaginative thinking. Goal: scale current revenue from 7 million to 15 million RUB. Tasks: - Conduct a deep audit of the project in the first 10 days; - Analyze funnels, content, traffic, websites, and landing pages; - Find growth points; - Form a hypothesis plan; - Manage a Reels specialist and a semanticist; - Connect content with business tasks; - Develop existing funnels; - Launch new lead magnets and tripwire mechanics; - Gradually take over management of the marketing team; - Be responsible for metrics and deadlines.

Experience with responsibility for marketing metrics; Confident work with funnels and conversions; Ability to quickly test hypotheses; Data-driven approach; Proven results from past projects.

Remote work; Schedule 5/2; Must be available from 09:00 to 21:00, peak work 11:00–18:00; On weekends - communication in chats for urgent issues; First month - from 70,000 RUB; After confirmed results - fixed from 120,000 RUB with further growth.
