Marketing Designer

MDI Group is looking for a Marketing Designer to create and optimize selling websites, landing pages, presentations, promo pages, and email materials. Salary from 150,000 RUB, on-site, 5/2.

Create and optimize selling websites, landing pages, presentations, promo pages, and email materials. Structure large amounts of information into clear, logical, premium visual content. Work with visual hierarchy and accents that strengthen the marketing message. Process and retouch photos of properties, adapting them for marketing tasks. Lay out marketing and digital materials. Set tasks for external contractors, control quality, and bring projects to completion. Participate in creating and developing MDI's internal design system.

Confident use of Figma and Photoshop. Practical application of AI tools in the workflow. Deep understanding of marketing and digital design principles (focus on conversion and meaning). Strong visual awareness, perfectionism, and attention to detail. Ability to quickly understand tasks and work even with incomplete briefs. Skills in setting tasks for contractors and coordinating processes. Systematic approach and habit of completing projects.

Salary from 150,000 RUB (no upper limit). Strictly on-site work (NOT remote). Schedule: 5/2 at the employer's office. Large-scale tasks in business and premium real estate development.
