About us: I'm looking for an assistant to join the team. Most important: I need someone with a head, taste, and desire to learn marketing. I'll teach all the technical stuff myself—give instructions, templates, access, and show processes. It's more important that you want to do well than already know everything. Tasks: • Help with content: editing Reels via AI, choosing music and design. • Work with texts: posts, editing, ChatGPT already trained for me. • Prepare webinars and presentations, negotiate with people. • Find and test new services and AI tools, come with a short report. • Other marketing and launch tasks as we grow.

• Have taste and good visual sense. • Not afraid of AI and quick to learn new things. • Able to think, not just follow instructions. • Feel text and Russian language. • Want to grow in marketing. • Responsible and proactive. Not required: being a pro editor, copywriter, or marketer and knowing all services. I'll teach everything. Teaching to think and see beauty is harder, so that's more important.
