Marketing and Content Assistant

Marketing agency seeks a Marketing and Content Assistant to manage content on Telegram, MAX and VK, write articles, maintain client reports and answer simple client questions. Remote work, training provided, flexible hours.

Marketing agency is looking for an assistant. The main priority is a candidate with a good head, taste, experience and desire to learn marketing more deeply. I will personally teach all technical parts: provide instructions, templates, access, and show processes. It is more important that you want to do well than that you already know everything. Responsibilities: - Manage the agency's content on Telegram, MAX and VK: prepare publications and adapt them for each platform - Write and format articles for the agency website and external platforms, e.g. VC.ru - Collect and maintain reports on the agency's client projects - Answer simple client questions in work chats - Perform other content and marketing tasks as growth occurs

Requirements: - Able to write persuasive texts that resonate - Able to work with information: structure it, highlight the main points, and express thoughts clearly in writing - Attentive to details, deadlines and numbers in reports - Able to communicate with clients correctly and kindly - Not afraid of AI tools and quickly learns new services - Able to think, ask questions and show initiative - Responsible, independent, has experience in marketing and desire to develop further in this field Not required: - Be a professional marketer - Know all services All technical skills will be taught. Teaching someone to think and see beauty is harder, so this is more important.
