Marketing and Content Assistant

Marketing agency seeks a Marketing and Content Assistant. Full remote, flexible hours. Responsibility: content creation, reporting, client communication. Training provided.

Manage agency content on Telegram, MAX, and VKontakte: prepare and adapt posts. Write and format articles for the agency website and external platforms like VC.ru. Collect and maintain reports on client projects. Respond to simple client inquiries in work chats. Perform other content and marketing tasks as you grow.

Ability to write engaging sales texts. Work with information: structure, highlight key points, and express thoughts clearly. Attention to detail, deadlines, and numbers in reports. Communicate with clients politely and correctly. Open to AI tools and quick to learn new services. Think, ask questions, and show initiative. Responsible, independent, with marketing experience and desire to develop further in this field. Not required: be a pro marketer. Not required: know all services – we will teach.

Full remote, can combine with other activities. No toxicity, adequate feedback and support. Real training: processes shown, daily marketing growth. Career and financial growth through expanded tasks and initiative. Clear tasks, accesses, templates, trained ChatGPT – everything ready for a smooth start.
