NARRA STUDIO is a creative studio for visual and communication solutions. Responsibilities: - Attract new clients and grow revenue - Develop local marketing: residential complexes, offices, business centers, restaurants, salons, clinics and nearby organizations; place ads, brochures, special offers, district chats, etc. - Work on collaborations - Participate in social media projects - Analyze and test hypotheses - Create and maintain project image, build recognition - Calculate project economics

- Understand advertising and numbers: how ad channels work, launch/control ads, track cost per contact and customer, conversion, effectiveness of different tools - Ideally understand Yandex and be able to set up/change something independently or at least competently control it - Can be delegated a task end-to-end, e.g. find contractor, organize layout, coordinate, and implement - Not afraid of simple/routine work - Not necessarily super experienced or expensive; more important is a good base, independence, desire to work, earn and grow with the project
