EPILOG is a laser hair removal, massage, and cosmetology clinic in central Moscow. The clinic has worked with clients for 8 years and is currently growing: developing the cosmetology direction and gradually moving from positioning as a laser hair removal and massage clinic to a full-fledged cosmetology clinic. Responsibilities: - Manage the marketing team and contractors: content, design, production, and other areas. - Together with the influencer marketing specialist, develop work with bloggers and opinion leaders. - Develop PR and media relations: find contractors, set tasks, monitor and evaluate effectiveness. - Participate in improving and developing the website, and keep information up to date. - Work with SEO contractors and monitor results. - Develop collaborations, partnerships, and pop-up formats. - Organize events for influencers and client days. - Develop geomarketing: Yandex Maps, 2GIS, and other relevant platforms. - Develop local marketing: flyers, building chats, and other activities. - Promote the clinic on medical platforms: ProDoctorov, DocDoc, etc. - Analyze competitors, the market, and trends in cosmetology and medicine. - Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and activities. - Build a team workflow system: strategies, plans, priorities, timelines, and internal communications. - Track statistics on where patients come from and which tools worked or did not work. - Work not only on attracting new patients, but also on reactivation, retention, and development of the existing base.
