MDI Group is a developer of club cottage villages and business- and premium-class houses in the Moscow region. One of the projects is KP 'Eli Estate', a five-time 'Village of the Year' in Russia. All locations are within an hour from Moscow. Responsibilities: - Conduct customer development with current, potential, and churned clients, draw conclusions, and build a CJM - Find insights and turn them into strong offers - Create websites, landings, and landing pages - Write sales copy, email newsletters, video scripts, and SEO articles - Create meanings and texts, then manage designers, coders, and developers - Run the full cycle: cust dev → hypothesis → solution → text → design → visual design → layout → launch → testing → analytics → optimization
