Marketer-Packager-Semanticist

Group MDI seeks a Marketer-Packager-Semanticist. Salary from 250,000 RUB (no ceiling). On-site, 5/2, premium development product.

Responsibilities: – Conduct CustDev with current, potential, and churned clients, form conclusions and design CJM; – Extract audience insights and transform them into strong value propositions and offers; – Design websites, promo pages, and conversion landing pages; – Write sales copy, email sequences, video scripts, and SEO materials; – Package meanings into technical specifications and coordinate designers, coders, and developers; – Manage the end-to-end packaging cycle: custdev → hypothesis → offer → text → design → layout → launch → A/B tests → analytics → refinement.

Requirements: – Deep expertise in marketing, product meaning packaging, and decision-making psychology; – Proven ability to influence conversion and financial metrics through text and structure; – Ability to independently manage projects and effectively assign tasks to the production team; – High visual culture, attention to detail, and intolerance for template, weak solutions.
