Marketer

Online school for Artificial Intelligence seeks a marketer with experience in AI online schools. Responsibilities include scaling evergreen funnels, managing paid traffic, and developing organic traffic. Compensation: fixed + KPI.

About the company: • The product grew from practice: we have an active AI content agency, the school is built on real client experience. • Fourth cohort is underway: funnel is digitized, hypotheses tested, product validated by the market. • Database is collected, need a practitioner to adapt the approach and help grow multiple times. • Staff is complete, growth budgets allocated, marketer joins a ready team with all resources. • Team goal: enter the TOP 1% of AI schools in the CIS. Responsibilities: • Build and scale evergreen funnel. • Manage paid traffic: monitor campaign metrics and adjust based on data. • Analyze competitors' creatives and participate in creating ours: suggest ideas, offers, and feedback on scenarios. • Build long-term warm-up line: determine meanings and sequence. • Prepare content plans for each training launch. • Develop organic traffic on Instagram and YouTube: set direction. • Assign tasks to scriptwriters, designers, editors, and control deadlines and quality. • Test hypotheses and bring concrete growth proposals based on data. • Find growth points: where we lose clients and what lever will yield results.

Our ideal candidate: • Must have current experience as a marketer in an AI online school - only such candidates considered. • Able to make decisions based on numbers and practical experience. • Has recent cases with numbers: revenue, cost per lead, conversions, and specific actions that produced results. • Experience with paid traffic: bundles, tests, economics. • Experience with organic content. • Able to assign tasks to specialists and control execution. • Able to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions. • Experience with evergreen funnels.
