Marketer

Full-time remote Marketer for a fintech company. Drive customer acquisition, analyze advertising channels, and improve conversion.

The marketer will develop customer acquisition, analyze advertising channel effectiveness, and increase conversion at each funnel stage. Responsibilities: - Analyze the primary customer funnel: from first ad contact to product issuance. - Evaluate the effectiveness of ad campaigns, traffic sources, and affiliate networks. - Monitor key metrics: CPA, CPL, CPC, CPI, CAC, CR, ROI, and issuance cost. - Identify causes of metric decline, propose and test improvements. - Prepare regular reports on customer acquisition and marketing activities. - Participate in launching and optimizing CRM communications: SMS, Email, Push, Web Push, Telegram, etc. - Set tasks for designers, developers, and other related specialists. - Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Contact Center, IT, and Analytics teams.

Expected: - At least 1 year of experience in marketing, CRM, performance or affiliate marketing, or customer acquisition management. - Understanding of lead generation processes and acquisition funnels. - Knowledge of key digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Direct, CPA networks, and affiliate networks. - Ability to analyze marketing metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions. - Experience in preparing regular reports and working with large data volumes. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; skills in CRM systems and analytics tools. - Ability to formulate technical specifications and coordinate with related teams. - Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accountability. - Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines in a multitasking environment. Nice to have: - Experience with CRM communications and automated customer scenarios. - Knowledge of SQL for independent data retrieval and analysis. - Experience as a Data Analyst or in related roles. - Experience in microfinance, banking, fintech, or e-commerce.
