Marketer / Communications Manager

Growing online school in self-development, spiritual practices and esoterica seeks a Marketer / Communications Manager to build systematic audience communication across Telegram, Instagram, VK, email and bots.

We are a growing online school in self-development, spiritual development, energy practices and esoterica. The project already has 95,000+ subscribers on the main YouTube channel, a second developing YouTube channel, over 5,000 students, a large subscriber and client base, regular live streams, events and launches, a large base of expert materials, and a team of marketing, production, design, technical specialists, sales and customer service. We are strengthening marketing communications and looking for a person to build systematic work with the project audience: develop interest in our topics, engage them in communication and lead them to the school's products. Responsibilities: - Together with marketing, plan communication for products, launches and events. - Build the audience journey between content, social media, database, mailings, events and products. - Create and adapt content for Telegram, Instagram, VK, email, bots and other channels. - Work with existing project materials: repackage videos, live streams and expert content into new formats. - Work with the database and funnels: engagement, reactivation, segmentation, communication chains. - Analyze results and suggest what to strengthen, change or test next. WORKING WITH AI Neural networks are already integrated into the project's processes; there is a large knowledge base and expert materials. For this role, it is important to confidently work with various AI tools for content, information analysis, research, visuals, working with large volumes of materials and automation. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in modern tools, can select them for the task and use AI as a full part of their workflow.

- Experience in marketing communications, CRM, content or related areas for at least three years. - Good understanding of marketing, funnels and the user journey. - Strong observation skills and sense of content. - Confident work with several AI tools. - Independence, initiative and ability to propose solutions. - Ability to work with numbers and draw conclusions from results. Nice to have: experience in projects from the fields of psychology, self-development, spiritual development, energy practices, esoterica and other soft niches.
