Marketer / B2C Marketing Manager

B2C Marketing Manager for an anonymous Crypto-to-Crypto exchange. Focus on growth, new GEOs, traffic channels, SEO, and contractors. Fully remote, full-time, paid twice monthly.

The company is developing a Crypto-to-Crypto exchange that allows users to exchange cryptocurrency anonymously between networks. It is expanding: besides an upcoming B2B solution, the main priority is global growth of the B2C direction. Responsibilities: - Search for growth points and test hypotheses: continuously generate and validate new ideas for rapid audience growth of the B2C product - Scaling to other GEOs: analyze markets and select the most promising countries for scaling the service - Traffic management: test various acquisition channels, evaluate results, and scale the most effective combinations - Supervise SEO and contractors: manage SEO promotion, find, assign tasks to, and control external contractors

Relevant experience: mandatory experience in large crypto exchangers in a similar position - Case studies: concrete results from previous projects - SEO expertise: deep understanding of SEO promotion principles in the crypto sphere

Fully remote work - Schedule: classic five-day workweek - Payment: stable payouts twice a month
