Askona is a large company and the leader in the Russian healthy sleep market, producing and selling mattresses, beds, sofas, and accessories. Tasks: • Plan and launch advertising campaigns on television, radio, outdoor structures, metro, elevators, and other offline channels. • Prepare media plans, coordinate formats and address programs, and coordinate the development and adaptation of advertising materials. Interact with contractors and control deadlines, budget, placement quality, and campaign effectiveness. • Find partners and develop joint advertising projects and special offers. Coordinate mechanics, launch, and evaluate the results of activities. • Prepare tasks and briefs for research companies and coordinate contractors. Analyze the received data and form practical recommendations for the business. • Plan and conduct client, partner, and marketing events. Work with venues and contractors and control preparation, budget, deadlines, and quality of implementation. • Organize the development, production, and distribution of advertising materials. Prepare technical specifications, interact with contractors, and control print runs, deadlines, quality, and POSM placement.

• At least two years of experience in marketing or advertising. • Experience planning and implementing offline advertising campaigns. • Understanding of media planning principles and advertising effectiveness evaluation. • Experience interacting with advertising, research, and production contractors. • Skills in preparing briefs, negotiating, and budget control. • Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint. • Independence, systematic approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously. • Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
