HR Secrets is an online school for recruiting and HR professions with 10 years of experience. Responsibilities: - Improve funnels; - Develop content and promotion; - Work with Telegram, webinars, videos, cases, and reviews; - Analyze results and test hypotheses.

Experience in marketing in an online school or educational online project; Experience in creating or improving funnels is mandatory; Ability to notice interesting solutions in other projects and adapt them to your tasks; A big plus is the ability to work with Claude Code and use AI tools to increase efficiency.

Remote work in an established online project; Opportunity to influence marketing and implement your ideas; Competitive income. Fixed 80,000-120,000 RUB + bonus. For a strong specialist, total income can be significantly higher than the fixed part.
