Manual QA Middle/Senior at Capsule Med. Salary: 80,000 - 150,000 RUB. Location: Moscow, Russia. Remote work. Developing a medtech product with high quality standards.

We are developing a product in the medtech/IT sphere with high requirements for quality, stability, and security. We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will be responsible for the product's quality at all stages of development and will help establish a systematic testing process. Responsibilities: Conducting manual testing of web and mobile applications (iOS/Android). Analyzing requirements and participating in their clarification with analysts and product managers. Developing and maintaining test documentation: - test cases; - checklists; - test plans; - test reports. Functional, regression, integration testing. API testing (REST/SOAP). Bug tracking and management. Interacting with developers, analysts, and product managers to ensure product quality. Participating in acceptance testing and releases.

Manual QA experience from 3 years. Mobile application testing experience from 2 years (understanding of mobile testing specifics). Higher IT education. Understanding of software development processes (SDLC, STLC). Ability to work with test documentation and requirements. API testing experience (Postman). Knowledge of client-server architecture. Basic SQL knowledge (simple queries). Experience with bug tracking and task management systems (Jira/Redmine/Yandex.Tracker). Attention to detail, analytical thinking, systematic approach. A huge advantage would be: Knowledge of AQA and experience in test automation. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.). Programming skills (Java/Kotlin/JavaScript/Python). Experience in medical projects (medtech). Understanding of regulatory requirements and high quality standards. Personal qualities: Responsibility for product quality. Ability to advocate for quality while negotiating with the team. Readiness to develop towards AQA. Independence and initiative.
