Manager

Remote customer support manager for booking platforms, with English B2+, working on Finnish time.

Responsibilities: Communicating with foreign guests via email and booking platforms; responding to questions and processing requests. Creating, updating, and adjusting reservations using Moder, Booking.com, Airbnb and other platforms. Coordinating with on-site team and controlling resolution of guest issues.

English not lower than B2. Written and oral communication skills. Reliability, responsibility, and ability to work independently. Stress resistance, quick solving of non-standard problems. Confident computer skills. Knowledge of booking platforms is a plus. Willingness to work during New Year holidays.

Work schedule (Finnish time): support service hours: Mon-Fri 17:00-22:00, Sat-Sun 14:00-22:00. Shift work 2/2 or 3/3, discussed at hiring. Work may include weekends and holidays. Remote work. Salary in euros, from €450 and above. Foreign bank card mandatory!
