Remote logistics coordinator for NYC cleaning company, $500-700/month during probation, knowledge of English required, shifts in Kyiv time.

Eco Cleaning NYC, a cleaning company operating in New York for 10 years, handling over 500 orders monthly. Responsibilities: handling incoming and outgoing calls, client consultations in English, working with CRM and reporting, coordinating cleaners and technicians, controlling schedules, transport and parking, solving client and team issues.

Confident oral and written English, good communication and organizational skills, ability to work in multitasking mode, experience with CRM and reporting.

Remote work with the American market, training and adaptation, career growth opportunities, 14 paid vacation days per year. Salary: $500-700 during probation depending on experience, after that rate + KPI. Schedule: 5/2, floating weekends, one of shifts in Kyiv time: 14:00-22:00, 14:30-23:00, 17:30-02:00.
