Load Testing Manager

Load Testing Manager at Centicore for a large bank; salary 200–300k RUB net; remote, possible outside RF; full-time; tasks include load forecasting, capacity management, performance incident investigation.

Tasks: - Forecasting load, conducting load testing. - Capacity management. - Investigating incidents in production environment related to performance degradation. - Performance monitoring. - Ensuring transparency of performance-related processes for all product teams across systems outside the manager's responsibility. - Active communication with the project team.

Requirements: - 2+ years of load testing experience. - Knowledge of load testing tools (HPE Performance Center, LoadRunner). - Expertise in diagnosing performance issues across various business system components. - Experience diagnosing and optimizing DBMS (Postgres, Oracle or MSSQL). - Experience diagnosing and optimizing applications. - Experience diagnosing, monitoring and optimizing applications in Docker.

Salary: 200–300k RUB net (depending on experience). Location: remote, possibly outside RF (friendly and neutral countries). Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation with full official history. Full-time.
