Devquality is looking for a Load Testing Engineer (Middle and above) for remote work. Salary up to 130k rubles net. Requires experience with load testing, JVM, k8s, monitoring tools, and programming skills.

Responsibilities include developing and updating scripts and stubs, refining the testing approach, preparing and updating load profiles and scenarios, updating the load testing environment, deploying and configuring monitoring tools, conducting tests, analyzing results, identifying bottlenecks, and preparing optimization recommendations. Participation in optimizing the load testing process, automation, and improving quality through approach refinement.

Requirements: - Citizenship and location: Russian Federation. - Experience in load testing from 1 year. - Understanding of key load testing principles and ability to independently define an overall approach based on goals. - Knowledge of core principles for ensuring stability and performance of technologies in the tested stack. - JVM and k8s are mandatory, others are highly desirable. - Experience with monitoring on VictoriaMetrics + Grafana stack, knowledge of PromQL/MetricsQL, ability to create a comprehensive Grafana dashboard. - Experience with ELK/alternatives. - Basic programming skills, understanding of stub development principles and their requirements for reliable load testing. Wiremock experience is a big plus. - Basic Unix system skills, understanding of their core principles. - Strong communication skills, ability to articulate thoughts verbally and in writing. - Analytical thinking, ability to independently troubleshoot problems, understanding the importance of communication with colleagues, and a desire to develop expertise. - Experience with PostgreSQL DBMS. Experience in analyzing bottlenecks and profiling. Understanding of replication mechanisms. - Experience with Kafka clusters. - Understanding of virtualization and containerization basics. - Experience building load testing from scratch. - Ability to work with existing code.
