Linux System Administrator at Artificial Seed in Bilbao, Spain. Full-time, office. Salary €3,000–4,000 gross/month. Relocation support.

We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator to strengthen our infrastructure team. Artificial Seed is a technology company developing AI solutions for real business tasks. We work at the intersection of AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and FinTech. Responsibilities: • Linux & Ansible: server configuration, automation, infrastructure troubleshooting • Kubernetes: deployments, configurations, diagnosing pods/services • Virtualization: managing VMs in Proxmox/VMware • Monitoring: infrastructure monitoring via Zabbix, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, dashboards, and alerts • ClickHouse: cluster support, slow queries, backups, replication, TTL • AI Automation: creating AI Agent workflows for logs, alerts, configs, tickets; supporting internal LLM Gateway • Troubleshooting & On-call: incident diagnostics, on-call duty, network issues

Important: • Solid Linux knowledge: Bash, Vim, awk/sed, filesystems, permissions, systemd • Understanding TCP/IP, VLAN/VXLAN, networking basics • Practical experience with Kubernetes (kubectl, manifests, ingress) and Ansible (playbooks, roles, inventory) • Experience with Zabbix, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, PromQL • Basic ClickHouse administration and SQL • Experience with Proxmox and/or VMware • Understanding Git: branches, commits, push, merge requests • AI-native mindset: regularly using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar AI Agents; able to verify their results and create automations via LLM APIs/MCP. Nice to have: LiteLLM, LLM Gateways, MCP Servers, vLLM, Ollama, WireGuard, HAProxy/nginx, PostgreSQL, Docker, GitLab CI, HashiCorp Vault.
