I am a developer currently managing three significant projects in parallel: ERP+CRM for metal trading (current focus), SaaS for auto parts (automated product loading), and a Crypto Bot (a promising personal project). I am now entering a scaling phase: hiring junior programmers and negotiating with company directors in the EU. There are too many processes, and I need someone to help me navigate this chaos.

Seeking a female individual who can coordinate my tasks and provide emotional support. Currently, I only require online assistance, but ideally, our time zones should overlap by approximately 1 hour. I am based in Vilnius. My priorities are: Coordination: Overseeing my negotiations, mentoring, and team communication. Synchronization: Daily calls with me (checking status and tasks). Support: Emotional connection and understanding are important for me to maintain focus and avoid burnout. Important: There will be no payment for the first 6 months – this is crucial to consider from the outset. I am not looking for an employee, but a partner willing to invest their time in exchange for my knowledge and future equity. I am looking for someone systematic, empathetic, and ambitious, ready to grow into a business partner.
