Studio "100 Kilowatt" is looking for a Lead Animator (Blender) for a new series – a leader who creates benchmark animation, builds the pipeline, and guides the team to a unified result, meeting deadlines. Responsibilities: • Control of animation style, creation of a Style Guide. • Acceptance of work, providing feedback. • Animation of complex scenes and mentoring. • Interaction with the technical department.

• 4+ years of experience (series experience required). • Expert Blender skills, understanding of acting and lip-sync. • Knowledge of pacing for Pre-school/School. • Leadership experience and planning skills.

• Office near Belorusskaya / Savelovskaya metro stations, schedule 11:00–20:00. • Office/hybrid format only. • Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, stable salary. • Long-term project, career growth.
