Legal Counsel / Licensing

Legal Counsel / Licensing role in Belgrade, Serbia. Focus on licensing and regulatory compliance in high-risk segment. Office-based, full-time.

Responsibilities: - Obtain new licenses and permits. - Support existing licenses. - Interact with regulators and government bodies. - Study requirements when entering new CIS countries. - Support company launch in new jurisdictions. - Prepare documents and responses to regulator requests. - Work with external lawyers and consultants when necessary.

Requirements: - Higher legal education. - Experience in licensing and regulatory. - Real experience interacting with regulators. - Understanding of legislation and requirements of CIS countries. - Ability to independently manage licensing tasks: from studying requirements to obtaining a license. - English from B1. Nice to have: experience in iGaming, FinTech, payments, or other regulated fields.
