Legal Counsel - Lawyer

Legal Counsel - Lawyer. Full-time office role in Cyprus (Limassol) with relocation package. Responsibilities include drafting/reviewing legal documents, marketing/advertising compliance, and iGaming legal support.

Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, including standard agreements, Terms & Conditions, NDAs, and internal legal templates. Provide full legal support for marketing and advertising activities, partner programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and advertising regulations, particularly in the iGaming sector. Conduct legal research and regularly monitor changes in advertising, data protection, and commercial regulations across different GEOs. Support internal teams on a wide range of legal matters and cross-functional projects.

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law. 2–3 years of legal experience (in-house or at a law firm), iGaming is a must. Sound understanding of contract law and commercial arrangements. Strong legal drafting skills in both English and Russian. Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. Preferred: experience with influencers, sponsorship agreements, or ambassador contracts. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German) is an advantage. Experience participating in negotiations and ability to articulate and defend legal positions.
