Legal / Corporate Lawyer in Cyprus, up to €3,000 gross, full-time. Corporate and commercial law, GDPR, employment law, IT projects.

Tasks: - Corporate matters: resolutions, minutes, share transfers, certificates, POA - Contracts and legal documents - Corporate files & KYC - Legal research - GDPR / Privacy - Employment law - Work with online / IT projects

Important: - Legal education - 2-3+ years of relevant experience - Fluent English and Greek - High autonomy and attention to detail - IT / Technology experience is a plus - Cyprus Bar Association registration not required

Salary up to €3,000 gross, full-time.
