Lead System Analyst for enterprise monitoring platform at COMS. Remote within Russia or hybrid in Moscow. Focus on improving requirement quality and analytics processes. Responsibilities include requirement elaboration, system design, and team management.

COMS is a product-based, accredited IT company developing an IT infrastructure monitoring platform (C-VIEW), including an enterprise on-premise product and implementation projects. We are looking for a Lead Analyst to enhance the quality of requirement analysis and address bottlenecks.

Experience as Lead / Senior System Analyst for 3+ years. Strong system analysis skills for complex systems, integrations, states, and processes. Ability to refine requirements to an implementable level. Experience working directly with development teams. Proficiency with Jira / Confluence. Nice to have: Experience in monitoring / observability / ITSM. Understanding of microservice architecture. Experience with enterprise / on-premise products.
