Lead SRE / MLOps / DevOps position at Selecty. Remote within Russia. Salary: 400,000 - 450,000 ₽ net. Project involves developing a centralized MLOps ecosystem for a large bank.

Project - development of a centralized MLOps ecosystem for a large bank. The team is responsible for a full-cycle platform for working with ML models - from development to operation. Within the platform: Model development environment (train / inference pipelines) Model execution environment Delivery platform Feature Store AutoML and internal ML platform for analysts A/B testing RAG / LLMOps Document processing systems using AI Responsibilities: Development and responsibility for the observability stack of the platform and related solutions Acting as a liaison between development, infrastructure, and support teams Creation and development of tools for working in a unified ML environment (together with dev teams) Scaling the ML platform and infrastructure solutions Participation in the development of the centralized MLOps ecosystem Improving the reliability, fault tolerance, and transparency of systems

Experience in SRE / DevOps from 3+ years Experience with MLOps / ML infrastructure from 1 year Confident Kubernetes administration (from 2 years) Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins / GitLab CI), Docker, Helm Python knowledge Experience with MLOps tools: Airflow, MLflow, Argo Workflows, JupyterHub, Seldon, KServe, CUDA Experience with big data stack: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK Stack: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Jenkins / GitLab CI, Python Airflow, MLflow, Argo, Seldon, KServe, JupyterHub Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK ML pipelines, Feature Store, AutoML, RAG / LLMOps
