Lead SOC Analyst

Lead SOC Analyst with 3+ years of experience. Remote. Salary 250,000-400,000 RUB.

Responsibilities: • Expertise: Final decisions on complex incidents, disputed classifications, and response scenarios (Tier 3). • Coordination: Forming IRT, task distribution, response management, escalation of blockers. • Monitoring: Defining strategy, controlling scenario coverage, identifying and eliminating blind spots. • Data: Forming requirements for event sources, logging, normalization, and enrichment. • Standards: Setting standards for playbooks, documentation, reports, and detection content. • Development: Leading SOC development initiatives, assessing effectiveness of changes. • Mentorship: Adaptation, training, and development of employees, sharing best practices.

Requirements: • Higher education (InfoSec/IT). • At least 3 years of relevant experience. • Understanding of monitoring methodologies and building detection content. • Experience coordinating IRT and managing incidents. • Project management and change management skills. • Mentoring and team development experience. • Systems thinking, responsibility, communication skills.
