Lead Settlement Specialist (Ruble and Currency Operations)

A bank seeks an experienced settlement specialist for ruble and currency operations. Full-time, office-based in Moscow. Requires 3+ years of bank experience and knowledge of banking systems.

Due to team expansion, we invite an experienced specialist to the bank's settlement department. Responsibilities: - Formation and sending of settlement documents in rubles and foreign currency. - Preparation and sending of electronic document packages via the Bank of Russia payment system and SPFS. - Processing of incoming and outgoing SPFS messages in ED503/514 formats. - Preparation and sending of requests via the Bank of Russia. - Management of unsettled sums and incomplete settlements accounts. - Receiving, sending, and reconciliation of statements on correspondent accounts. - Formation of accounting entries for cash flow on correspondent accounts. - Correspondence with foreign banks on settlement matters. - Data entry and verification in several banking systems, interaction with technical support when errors occur.

- Mandatory: experience in a bank of at least 3 years and practical experience in bank settlements. - Knowledge of UFEBS formats and experience in electronic exchange with the Bank of Russia. - Experience with SPFS, including processing ED503/514 messages. - Knowledge of accounting for correspondent account operations. - Experience with ABS CFT. - Knowledge of SWIFT MX formats. - English at least B1 (for brief verbal communication on work matters). - Attentiveness and ability to organize work when switching between different operations. - Initiative, readiness to help colleagues and participate in solving work issues. - Willingness to learn new banking systems and perform manual data entry.

Office format (near Kitay-Gorod metro station). 8-hour working day on a rotating schedule. Start times approximately 7:30 and 9:30. With early start, the working day ends earlier.
