Lead/Senior Designer

Lead/Senior Designer for a digital product company in Cyprus. Manage design team, create brands, UI/UX, and advertising creatives. Full-time, office, relocation support.

We are looking for a Lead Designer who can combine managing a design team with hands-on implementation of key design tasks: from creating brands from scratch to developing digital products and advertising creatives. Responsibilities: - Manage the design team: distribute tasks, control deadlines and quality - Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and develop designers - Shape the visual direction of the company and products - Launch new products: develop concepts, identity, brand books, and visual guidelines - Independently handle complex and key design tasks - Create landing pages, web/UI design, advertising creatives, and graphic materials - Collaborate with Marketing, SMM, Product, Development teams, and others - Develop design systems and implement AI tools to optimize processes

Important: - 4+ years of experience in design - Experience managing a design team of 5-7 people - Experience in a Lead Designer or similar position - Strong hands-on level and confident use of Figma - Experience in creating brands and identity from scratch, developing brand books - Strong graphic design and web/UI design skills - Experience in designing landing pages and digital products - Good understanding of UX/UI, composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy - Ability to effectively manage team workload and build processes - Experience with AI tools: Claude, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, and others - Independence, systematic approach, and high responsibility for results
