Lead QA

Lead QA at Devquality (10+ years in IT). Remote. Up to 210k net. SAP implementation testing and cutover management, pharma domain, GxP. Requires RF citizenship and location, B2 English, availability Sep 2026–mid Jan 2027.

Project tasks: Test Manager – single entry point for all testing-related matters for the client and the executor team. Provides protocols and defends them before approvers. Assigns tasks to AUXO team leads: when and with whom to conduct testing and in what format to prepare reporting. Cutover Manager – specialist who develops and controls a cutover plan detailed down to hours, to be agreed with the internal consultant/developer team, the business customer in RF, and the customer's global team. Must develop a Cutover plan and Master Test Plan including testing types (listed below), execution period (project phases), responsible teams, entry/exit criteria, tools, methodologies, final protocols (taking into account system validation required for pharma). Testing types: 1. Unit Testing – testing development objects made for Russia. 2. Functional Testing – testing all processes described by the customer and implemented in the system; testing authorizations and roles. 3. Integration Testing – integration with external systems (SAP ERP → 1C CA). 4. UAT (User Acceptance Testing). 6. Regression Testing (together with the global team). 7. Cut-over/Migration Testing: - Mock Cut-over: trial run of all migration scripts. - Dress Rehearsal: full Go-Live rehearsal. - Actual Cut-over: final transition. System: SAP ERP ECC6. Components: LSMW, IDoc, BAPI, file interfaces (upload/download).

Citizenship and location: RF. Mandatory: 1. Experience leading a testing stream and cutover stream in large SAP implementation projects. 2. Conversational English B2 or higher. Critical requirement. 3. Availability 100% from September 2026 to mid-January 2027, with possible extension to subsequent implementation waves in the project. 4. Experience delivering SAP implementation projects in pharma companies. Strong plus: general understanding of GxP standards.
