Selecty is looking for a Lead QA Java with 5+ years of experience for a remote banking project. Salary: 300,000 - 460,000 RUB gross. Requires experience in test automation (Java, JS, Python), test strategy development, and team interaction. Remote work within Russia, citizenship RF/RB.

The project is in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing test strategies, best practices for automated and manual testing, and collaborating with development, product analytics, support, and operations teams. Experience in establishing release policies and selecting automation tools is also required. The current ratio is 80% backend / 20% frontend testing, with mobile testing not applicable. The aim is for a 50/50 manual/automated testing ratio, but currently, it's 90% manual / 10% automated.

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead QA Java. • Experience with test automation tools (Java, JS, Python). • Experience in developing test strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures. • Experience in developing best practices and standards for automated and manual testing. • Experience interacting with development, product analytics, support, and operations teams. • Experience in establishing release policies. • Experience in selecting automation tools. • Not considering resumes without commercial experience in team management or with other programming languages besides Java for this role.
