Lead QA

Lead QA at Devquality. Remote, up to 230k RUB net/month. SAP ERP ECC6 implementation for pharma: lead testing and cutover streams, test manager/cutover manager. Availability Sep 2026–mid Jan 2027.

Project: SAP ERP ECC6 implementation for a pharmaceutical company. Role combines test manager and cutover manager responsibilities. Test manager is the single entry point for all testing matters for the client and the contractor team; issues protocols and defends them before approvers; assigns tasks to AUXO team leads, determines who tests with whom and how reporting is prepared. Cutover manager develops and controls a cutover plan detailed down to hours, to be agreed with the internal consultant/developer team, the Russian business customer, and the customer's global team. Need to develop a Cutover plan and Master Test Plan including test types, project phases, responsible teams, entry/exit criteria, tools, methodologies, and final protocols with validation required for pharma. Special attention to documentation quality and GxP compliance. Testing scope: - Unit Testing - Functional Testing - Integration Testing (SAP ERP → 1C CA) - UAT - Regression Testing with global team - Cut-over/Migration Testing (Mock Cut-over, Dress Rehearsal, Actual Cut-over) System: SAP ERP ECC6. Components: LSMW, IDoc, BAPI, file interfaces (upload/download).

Citizenship and location: Russian Federation. 1. Experience leading a testing stream and cutover stream in large SAP implementation projects. 2. Conversational English B2 or higher (critical requirement). 3. 100% availability from September 2026 to mid-January 2027, with possible extension to subsequent implementation waves. 4. Experience delivering SAP implementation projects in pharmaceutical companies. General understanding of GxP standards is highly desirable.

Remote work. Salary: up to 230,000 RUB net per month.
