Lead Product & Delivery Manager / Partner

Padix is seeking a Lead Product & Delivery Manager / Partner for a part-time remote role (from 4 hours/day) in Russia. Compensation: equity in LLC initially, later equity plus 400k RUB NET (full-time). Requires 6+ years PM in IT, experience with Flutter or native iOS/Android, payments, integrations, and AI.

Padix is an ecosystem for the padel market: mobile app for players, organizers, and coaches, CRM for clubs, and internal CRM Padix. The product is partially ready and approaching first release. Looking for a self-sufficient partner to take over product and delivery management from the Founder. Responsibilities: – Form roadmap and priorities – Lead features from idea to production – Manage team, deadlines, QA, and releases – Create detailed specifications for Backend, Flutter, Web, QA, Design – Work with analytics, users, and competitors – Control production and technical debt Founder sets strategic goals — you independently determine the path and are responsible for the result. Important to not wait for instructions and be able to argue with the Founder. Minimum 4 hours of overlap with the team daily.

– 6+ years PM in IT – Experience with complex digital products – Mandatory experience with Flutter or native iOS/Android – Understanding of Backend / Mobile / Web / API / DB – Strong experience with payments and complex integrations – Deep product analytics – Active use of AI in work

Format: part-time from 4 hours/day, remote, Russia Compensation: initially equity in LLC without fixed salary; later equity preserved plus 400k RUB NET (full time) Minimum 4 hours of daily overlap with the team.
