Lead Kotlin Developer

Magnit Tech seeks a Lead Kotlin Developer in Moscow/Krasnodar (hybrid/office) or remote in other cities. Focus on system design, architecture, Java/Kotlin, security, and Android OS.

Work in a team is an opportunity to move away from typical CRUD towards real system design: how processes work in the OS kernel, how to optimize network traffic, and build distributed systems that do not fail under the load of the whole country. Responsibilities: - Design and architect IT solutions - Provide architectural support and control of the development team - Together with information security architects, ensure identification and elimination of system vulnerabilities, develop requirements for information system protection - Participate in development and updating of technical documentation, regulations, instructions for the system - Analyze and ensure implementation of best practices in development process organization, architecture, and infrastructure - Develop system components in Java/Kotlin

Experience in designing IT solutions, system design experience Experience in identifying and eliminating information security vulnerabilities in software Knowledge of SOLID and Clean Architecture, MVP, MVC, MVVM Java/Kotlin development experience at Senior level Knowledge of Android OS internals Confident knowledge of networks: tunneling, routing, encryption

Moscow and Krasnodar: hybrid/office. Other cities: remote.
