Lead Graphic Designer

Lead Graphic Designer at MYBOX. Remote. Salary 150,000 RUB. Creative campaigns, team mentoring, quality control.

Responsibilities: - Develop creative campaigns and key visuals (KV). - Lead and monitor current operational tasks of the design department. - Adapt KV for various media and channels. - Present concepts to the creative director. - Control quality of layouts and brand book compliance. - Mentor designers, review their work. - Work with contractors (photo, illustration, printing).

Requirements: - High level of artistic skills: fast, high-quality, and beautiful hand drawing. - Ability to explain approach and solutions to other designers. - Generate ideas and refine concepts. - Create static and animated content (motion). - Portfolio with KV and advertising campaigns is mandatory. - Experience in HoReCa and FMCG.
