Gather and prioritize technical requirements, translate them into engineering tasks, align technical goals with business goals, and advocate technical quality. Design, develop, and ensure reliability of high-load services with target availability 99.95% and measurable SLOs (latency P95/P99, throughput, RTO/RPO). Own technical quality and stability of production systems. Develop architecture of distributed microservice system: identify bottlenecks and risks, design scalable solutions, prevent incidents. Improve development, testing, delivery, and operations processes: CI/CD, on-call, incident response, blameless postmortems, architecture and code reviews, internal technical sessions.

Commercial Go development experience 6+ years, including 1–2 years as Team Lead/Tech Lead. Deep understanding of multithreading. Experience designing and operating high-load distributed microservice systems. Knowledge of distributed system patterns: Saga, Outbox, Circuit Breaker, Bulkhead, CQRS, etc.; understanding of common microservice architecture problems (distributed transactions, eventual consistency, cascading failures, data duplication) and solutions. Experience with REST, gRPC, asynchronous interaction (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSocket, Pub/Sub, SSE) and understanding of use cases for each mechanism. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, experience profiling queries and schema migrations, understanding when each data model is appropriate. Experience with microservice infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) and building CI/CD pipelines. Understanding observability principles: metrics (RED/USE, SLI/SLO, health checks), logging, tracing, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana, distributed tracing, centralized logging). Ability to justify architectural decisions to technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to have: experience in iGaming or related high-load products; experience in high-load fintech/trading domains with consistency and race condition protection; ability to solve algorithmic and optimization tasks in high-load services; experience building incident management and postmortem processes from scratch.

Office work in Limassol. Flexible start of working day. Lunch compensation. Health insurance for employee and family members. External and internal training, development budget. Menu of internal benefits for employees. Corporate and sports events of various formats.
